Iran Fisheries Organization decided to eliminate interferences, issues and limitations in the way of fisheries and aquaculture development, therefore, a comprehensive study of fisheries subdivisions in Iranian Fisheries Organization was assigned to Asarab.  Various parts and departments of Iranian Fisheries Organization, their tasks and organizational procedures were thoroughly investigated. In the project, Asarab jointed COFREPECH Co.

Description of actual services provided by your staff within the assignment:

• Exploring resources and potential of subdivision of fisheries development in inland waters
• Reviewing problems and limitations against development in subdivisions of Fisheries Organization
• Examining status of fishing, shrimp breeding, fish breeding and processing, fisheries, marketing and foreign trade …
• Providing development strategies and solutions in various fields
