Setting up infrastructure of aquaculture complexes in the margin of Chahnimeh is one of the most important fish production projects in Sistan and Baluchistan Province. It is a step towards creating a background for fish export to Afghanistan and employment creation. This scheme provides opportunities to utilize water wells in multipurpose way. However, water shortage in the region has been discussed as one of the constraints in designing and implementing various development options.
