Construction of Ramyan Reservoir Dam was considered to regulate and organize runoff water, supplying drinking water and electricity power and ultimately flood control. The alternative spatial variants of the dam are situated in Villages of Seyyed Kallateh and Bagherabad in which the average drain is about 39.2 M³ yearly, then it is possible to supply water right for agriculture, environment and drinking water supply system for certain villages and cities.  Construction of this site has been considered in development plan of the province and has been confirmed by Iran Ministry of Energy too.

• Siting the dam based on general and technical characteristics of the plan
• Investigating of biological, physicochemical and socio-economic human environment
• Field sampling to survey and prepare rapid bioassessment report and calculating water quality biological indices
• Suggesting solutions for environmental impact remediation
• Environmental Impacts Assessment by ICOLD matrix and Descriptive Checklists
• Presenting Environmental Impacts Assessment report
• Presenting Environmental Management Plan and Monitoring Program
